I do have a wavebird....

I thought there was online multiplayer on the 3DS version, but I'm not sure. I'll have to look into that before buying. I am not into the idea of tilt control for this game, it just doesn't seem appropriate.... but it may be fun. I have to admit I kinda like the tilt control on Super Monkey Ball 3D-- but yes, it does negate the 3D effect as it needs to be turned off when used. I think that's ok though, I never expected both 3D & motion control to be used at the same time on the 3DS (but it would be nice if it could)

later
donDonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13192941808275336893noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1205615587463436728.post-10823629745807827622011-08-22T10:04:36.967-07:002011-08-22T10:04:36.967-07:00Oh I forgot to say: There's only 15 levels, 10...Oh I forgot to say: There's only 15 levels, 10 minutes in length. (I think) And if you think I'm saying this because I'm biased, I'm not. I tried a bit of StarFox 64 before on Brawl and it was good, but short. But yeah, it dependsmif you want to pay an extra $30 for 3D and portability and... nothing else really. But yeah... Now as Peppy would say...

DO A BARREL ROLL!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1205615587463436728.post-4840267436448554882011-08-22T09:56:46.762-07:002011-08-22T09:56:46.762-07:00StarFox 64 3D is like the launch titles (from what...StarFox 64 3D is like the launch titles (from what I hear) : Polished, but light on content. I'd recommend you buy a points card for your Wii, download the old version, and put that Classic/Retro controller to use, or the WaveBird. The new one doesn't have online (I think; Check before assuming. I could be wrong.) Plus, they didn't add much: local wireless gamesharing (with 3DS'es only. Not sure about gamesharing either, though I'm pretty sure I'm right. :) ) That, and tilt controls, which negates the 3D effect. Pretty stupid if you ask me. But yeah, I'd just download it onto your Wii, unless you have local friends with 3DSes. ......... That's all.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
